Governance & Ownership Model

Taxir is worker-cooperative DAO. We have developed our own ownership and governance model, the Dynamic Partnership Protocol (DPP). It organizes the issuance and erosion of shares at Taxir based on the contribution level of its members. The DPP is in constant development. In 2023, we received a grant from the MetaGov project to develop a ten thousand words documentation of the DPP, which can be accessed through this site.
